How to Order Online
We upgraded to our website and e-commerce online portal in May 2025. If had an account prior to June 2025, you will need to register for a new account. You may also place orders as a Guest user (if once off order).
To avoid issues while processing your order, please accept cookies.
Once you have an idea of what product(s) you would like to purchase, use the steps below to place a successful online order:
Step 1: Select the product/s you would like to order.
Step 2: Select the packing size of your chosen item (pack or sleeve or box).
Step 3: Select the quantity of pack size (e.g., 50 x 2 or 1000 x 2).
Step 4: Enter your delivery details.
Step 5: Select "pick up in store" or "delivery".
Step 5 a: If you choose Pick up in , please select the branch to collect from (only Nereide Street, Paarden Eiland, Cape Town)
Step 6: Enter your billing address.
Step 7: Click "confirm" to continue to checkout.
Step 8: Double-check your order. Make sure you have selected the correct products and quantities.
Step 9: Select "PayFast" under payment options and then click on the "Pay Now" red button. Payment is done via the PayFast site.
Step 9 a: Select your preferred payment method.
NOTE: If you are not routed to the PayFast website (which can be due to partially accepted cookies) please follow below steps to reset cookies prompt:
Step 7 a: Go to your browser history.
Step 7 b: Clear recent history
Step 7 c: Select only Cookies and Cache then clear now
Step 7 d: Go back to our website and accept all cookies
Step 8: After successful payment is made – you will receive a customer order number for your reference.
Step 9: We will pack and process your order and let you know once it is ready for collection / has been dispatched for delivery.
